RETAIL ORDERS: Our retail production time typically runs 6-8 weeks, or longer during busier periods. Contact the office for our current production time.
Call, email, or fax us to place your order. Please have the following information ready prior to placing your order:
1) Full name, address and phone number
2) Shipping and billing information. Shipping charges will be determined by UPS rates for the weight of your items and your location. When placing an order by email PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CITY AND ZIP so that we can give you an accurate total for your purchase.
3) Item number and name of the piece you want, the color (cobalt blue or hunter green) and personalization, if any
4) Method of payment. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, or money orders. PA residents must be charged 6% sales tax. Shipping is determined by the weight and box size of the piece, and the shipping location.
For your safety, please do not include credit card information in your email – we may take it over the phone. All custom orders that ship out must be prepaid in full prior to the start of production. Orders that are to be picked up in store must have a deposit of 50% or greater.

Please keep in mind, variances in size, shape and glaze are to be expected. We use several potters with varying styles, and our products are affected by the moisture of the clay we use, as well as several other factors. While we are happy to be able to offer a level of consistency, our products will never be identical.
Due to a number of factors, we do not offer every piece shown for wholesale production. Orders are typically processed in 8-10 weeks, with the production time being longer during busier times. Some pieces take longer than others. Our goal is to get the majority of your order to you in a timely fashion. In order to achieve this goal, it is often necessary for us to ship partial orders, and back order the remainder of your pieces. We appreciate your patience in awaiting your handmade, personalized stoneware, and thank you for being a Westerwwald customer!
All sales are final. However, in the case of defective merchandise Westerwald may authorize a return. Please call within 10 days of receipt to explain defect. Please retain the product and the box it shipped in until you have contacted us. A replacement or credit may be authorized.
